We are recruiting for a leading global financial services firm specializing in asset servicing, custody banking, and investment management, supporting institutional clients worldwide. Client Operations Analyst Responsibilities: • Prepare and coordinate drafts of regulatory filings for submission to the U.S.

Securities and Exchange Commission • Develop and organize draft materials for mutual fund board meetings, including board books and minutes • Conduct proactive analysis and research on the Investment Company Act of 1940 and other securities laws • Collaborate with peers and clients to ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and organizational standards What we offer: • 12-month contract with the potential for enriching experiences and professional growth • international environment, open communication and continuous learning • hybrid work (4 days a week from office) Qualifications: • At least two years of experience in the financial services industry, with specialization in the Investment Company Act of 1940 • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, for effective communication and documentation • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple projects We inform you that companies within the Adecco Group operating in Poland have implemented a reporting procedure required by the Whistleblower Protection Act.
