Due to Milton's growth and development, we are seeking to hire: International Trucking Dispatcher Work Location: Długołęka, Poland Your Responsibilities Communicate with drivers and operations team to schedule transport activities Collaborate with the operations team to modify routes and loading/delivery timings to accommodate the business needs Cultivate strong relationships with drivers and customers to ensure long-term cooperation and reduce the stress of last-minute schedule changes Identifying traffic problems and issues on the road and creating appropriate corrective actions to achieve on-time results.
