Your tasks: Recruiting people for simple jobs (warehouse workers, cashiers, production workers); Choosing the best ways to find candidates and checking applications; Sourcing candidates from Africa and Asia Looking for new places and tools to find candidates; Building good relationships with candidates; What we expect: Experience in mass recruitment within a temporary employment agency Ability to use social media and apps like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Viber, WhatsApp, Flagma, Telegram; Good communication skills and being well organized; Energy, motivation, and creativity.
