Location: Warsaw or Poznan Format: Hybrid (70% client visits + 30% remote) Language Requirements: Polish (Native/C1) + English (B1–B2) About us: Choice is a leading European food-tech B2B SaaS platform. We empower over 30,000+ restaurants across 20 countries to increase their revenue through a unified digital ecosystem: QR payments, online reservations, and delivery management. With key offices in Prague and Warsaw, we are building a dynamic team of enthusiasts who value flexibility, zero bureaucracy, and the freedom to experiment.

We are a start-up with a proven track record of success, actively scaling across Europe. Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team in Poland. We need a "hunter" who thrives on closing deals and wants to lead the digital transformation of the Polish hospitality market.

Your performance directly impacts your rewards. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and prospecting to closing deals. Deliver compelling product presentations and demos tailored to client needs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and restaurant owners. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs with clear progress tracking. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementations and client satisfaction.

Actively visit potential partners to present Choice solutions on-site. Our Ideal Candidate: Native or C1+ level in Polish; Intermediate English (B1–B2) for internal communication. Background in B2B sales (SaaS, EdTech, IT, or digital platforms) is a strong advantage.

Proven "hunter's mindset" — eager to prospect, chase opportunities, and win new business. Confident in handling outreach calls, video meetings, and face-to-face negotiations. Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Proactive professional with a growth mindset, ready to make a real impact. What success looks like: Our reps typically close 8–12 deals per month with an average deal size of ~€90 ARPU. A realistic first-year OTE is structured to reward strong performers and reflects consistent achievement of monthly targets.
